May the Peaches Fall from the Trees

Wooo-eeee.  South Carolina is so hot.  I don't recall Utah every being this humid before.  The drive down to this place was rough.  About 5.5 hours in the car.  I DON'T know how you guys drive places for this long without a break, but you do. I made a new friend in the car.  She says that she normally goes to yoga with Suzanne, but didn't make it out of the house before this trip.  She promised to show me the ropes. Florence, SC is apparently trying to make it in the world of tourism.  Don't be fooled, this place only has an awesome farmers market and fireworks.  A lot of people here on their way to Myrtle Beach (a better summer spot I've heard, but not as great as Nags Head).

My First Weekend Away

Hot Dog! I'm in Mechanicsville, VA.  It was a long day of travel yesterday.  Holy Cow! We got in around 2am Saturday morning and Suzanne had to take the shuttle to get to her car.  She told me it's called the Batmobile. Not because Bruce Wayne would drive it or anything, but because it has waaayyy too many buttons for her husband Joey.  Any way.  We got home early that morning and tried to not make a sound.  Lucy, the dedicated welcome staff, gave me a fresh lick and greeting before we made our way to bed. As I was trying to sleep in a bit, I overheard the Wingo Crew waking up.  Apparently these guys don't know how to sleep in at all.  Suzanne and Flynn got up to make breakfast together as they always do on the weekends.  Flynn even let me help out a bit because I'm a "Cool Cup". But I'm going to sleep in for the day.  I'm exhausted from my full day of traveling and being without Todd.

I'm Out of the Office

Hi Everyone! I'm on an adventure now.  Ready to take on the open road and let my cup fill with adventure. I got super bored of being kept by Todd's side for eternity.  He was constantly filling me up with Mountain Dew, ice, Monster.  It got to be such a drag.  I was born to be a free cup man.  Not stuck in the office all day.  I was made to go out into the world and see it. So, I squared a deal with Suzanne to let me travel with her for the next month. We almost didn't make it out of the office, but luckily she got me out of there in a flash.  O the possibilities and places I'll go are endless from here.  TSA was a breeze.  They let me go right on through, not a care in the world. And Suzanne had plenty of room in her carry on, so why not. Sitting in the airport, I knew this was the right step in my life to see the world, become more cultural and useful cup. On to my adventure to her house in Richmond, VA and much more! Its goi...
